日勾维多源杆菌(Pluralibacter gergoviae)

简介

   日勾维多源杆菌(Pluralibacter gergoviae)属于肠杆菌科，革兰阴性杆菌、兼性厌氧。 原名称：日勾维肠杆菌Enterobacter gergoviae.

临床相关性

       定植于泌尿生殖道和胃肠道。引起菌血症、勒米尔综合征（Lemierre's syndrome）、伤口感染、软组织感染、阑尾炎、腹膜炎、中枢神经系统感染、肝脓肿、胸膜肺炎（ pleuropulmonary ）、泌尿生殖道感染、盆腔感染、上颌窦炎、糖尿病足感染、心脏粘液瘤感染等。治疗一般采用甲硝唑联合β-内酰胺类抗生素。
