粘液真杆菌(Eubacterium limosum)

简介

      粘液真杆菌(Eubacterium limosum)属于真杆菌科(Eubacteriaceae)，厌氧革兰阳性杆菌、不产芽孢。

临床相关性

       一般从肠道、口腔分离较多。全身感染少见，有单独或与其它菌共同引起菌血症的报道。它主要存在于人类肠道，是典型的共生菌，通常对人体有益，而不是引发感染的病原体。

药敏

      琼脂稀释法检测MIC, 实验方法参考M11,受试抗生素及其折点请参考CLSI M100 ED33 Table1O，1P，2J；厌氧菌感染多为多重感染，包括β-内酰胺酶阳性和阴性菌株，为此药敏实验通常非必须。
